What data we collect
- Language preference (cookies): This website stores a cookie (
lang) so your language choice (Swedish/English) is remembered. It is necessary for the site to work as you prefer. - Shop, checkout and orders: Purchases, cart and payment are handled in our shop (WooCommerce). There we collect name, address, email, payment details and order history. That processing is covered by the shop’s privacy policy (WordPress/WooCommerce). We process order data to perform our contract with you and to comply with the law.
Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of contract (performance of a purchase), legal obligation (e.g. bookkeeping) and, for the language cookie, legitimate interest (to show the site in your chosen language). If we use other cookies in the future that require consent, we will obtain your consent before setting them.
How long we keep data
The language cookie is stored for up to one year. Order and customer data are kept as long as required for the contract, bookkeeping and any legal warranty obligations.
