Refund and Returns Policy

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish consumer law. Below we describe how returns work.

14-day right of withdrawal

Under the Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item. The first day does not count — the period starts the day after receipt. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period extends to the next weekday.

You must notify us that you are using your right of withdrawal within these 14 days (e.g. by email to info@snsiconic.com). After that you send the item back. We recommend that you post the return within 14 days of notifying us.

How to return

Contact us by email (info@snsiconic.com) with your order number and which items you wish to return. We will send you return instructions and the address. Pack the item securely and send it back to us. Keep the tracking number if you use a trackable service.

Condition of the item

The item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, with any labels attached, and in original packaging if possible. If the item is damaged or used we may deduct an amount or refuse the return. For faults or complaints, other rules apply under the Consumer Purchase Act.

Refund

Once we have received the returned item we will refund the amount within 14 days to the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed. We may delay the refund until we have received the item or you have shown that you have sent it (e.g. with proof of posting).

Return shipping cost

You as the consumer bear the cost of return shipping when using the right of withdrawal, unless we have stated otherwise before purchase. If the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered, we bear the return cost.
